Kendra is responsible for providing overall strategic and day-to-day leadership to achieve Wineglass Engineering’s business goals and strategies. Kendra is an industry veteran with nearly 20 years of Systems Engineering and Program Management experience, primarily focused on Space ISR systems and related technologies. Prior to starting Wineglass Engineering, Kendra worked at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a Senior Systems Engineer.
Kendra served seven years as an Officer in the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Engineer specializing in UAVs and air-launched weapons systems. Kendra is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified U.S. Export Compliance Officer (CUSECO). Kendra is also proficient in Mandarin Chinese. Kendra has a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University and M.S. degrees in both Astronautical Engineering and Computer Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
Justin is responsible for implementing Wineglass Engineering’s overall business goals and strategies. Justin has extensive industry experience including six years as a Foreign Service Officer posted in Washington, DC, Taipei, Taiwan and Afghanistan. Justin also spent six years at Montana State University as a Director and Program Manager for controlled and classified research. As the Director of the MSU Applied Research Laboratory, Justin built MSU’s applied research program, including championing and overseeing the construction of a 20,000sf facility to conduct national security work at all levels.
Justin served six years as an Officer in the United States Air Force as an Acquisition Program Manager for Satellite Communication and Satellite Ground Station systems, which included multiple trips to Afghanistan, Iraq, Romania, and Korea. Justin is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified U.S. Export Compliance Officer (CUSECO) and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Justin has a B.S. in Business and Public Administration from the University of Arizona, an M.A. in Political Science from Northeastern University.
Griffin is responsible for leading Wineglass Engineering’s overall day-to-day corporate operations and business development activities, ensuring that strategic and business plans are implemented effectively. Griffin gained hands-on knowledge of intelligence operations, analysis, and development through previous work with U.S. DoD and other government agencies. Prior to joining Wineglass Engineering, Griffin worked at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory where he was a Systems Engineer responsible for coordinating system level testing across multiple government agencies and subcontractors.
Griffin served eight years as an Officer in the United States Air Force as a crew member aboard the E-3 Sentry with three combat deployments and nearly 2000 flight hours. Griffin served as the chief of requirements E-3 Mission Systems and chief of E-3 testing at Tinker Air Force Base heading the operational testing of a $300 million modernization effort. Griffin is also a qualified Air Force acquisitions officer. Griffin holds a B.S.in Physics from the University of California Santa Barbara and a M.S. in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University.
